Dr. Luis E. Cardenas
Dr. Luis E. Cardenas is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.
A Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and The American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, he received his dental degree from Javeriana University School of Dentistry in Bogotá, Colombia, in 1983.
He completed his specialty training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1992.
Additionally, Dr. Cardenas has completed two clinical and research fellowships in craniofacial and orthognathic surgery at Baylor College of Dentistry and Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.
He has trained and worked with several world-renowned oral and maxillofacial surgeons, giving him expertise in the area of major craniofacial reconstruction. Dr. Cardenas is on staff at many of the local hospitals in the community.
He is an associate professor at the department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts.
