We know that you might feel anxious about your appointment and your potential surgery. Luckily, advancements in anesthesia now make it possible to have oral surgery without the discomfort or anxiety.
Just because you lose one or more teeth, doesn’t mean that your smile has to stay that way. You can restore the look, feel, and function of your smile with dental implants.
If your wisdom tooth is blocked from emerging normally, it is “impacted” and can cause problems such as pain, infection, damage to surrounding teeth, and even cysts that may evolve into tumors.
Some dental procedures require a very specific set of dental skills and fall into a branch of dentistry called oral surgery. Oral surgery treats a wide range of diseases and conditions.
We offer you the highest level of treatment for all of your oral facial problems related to wisdom teeth, facial pain, temporomandibular joint, misaligned jaws, bad or missing teeth, facial injuries, oral cancer, tumors, cysts of the jaws, and more!
The foundation for a successful doctor/patient relationship is built on trust. We take the time to form a close and trusting relationship with you in order to ensure that we will provide you with the optimum care.
Here at Oral Facial Reconstruction & Implant center, we can provide you with the best care and treatments thanks to our team of experienced oral surgeons who possess all the necessary knowledge and skills to guarantee success.

It's over one year I have been searching and in need of a wisdom tooth extraction. I saw five oral surgeons but was terrified to have it done under IV sedation.
How fortunate I am to have found the greatest.
Words are not adequate to convey my gratitude.
I regard it as an honor and privilege to have had Doctor Payton as my oral surgeon. You represent all the best in medicine's unique ART.
I am pleased to say I was pain free throughout the procedure and made a fantastic recovery with no complications whatsoever.
You will always be remembered as one of the best I have ever dealt with.
How lucky I am to have had you as my oral surgeon.
With heartfelt thanks to an awesome doctor.
I had the pleasure of taking my granddaughter to Dr Kevin Payton for her first procedure of any kind she is 11years old. Dr Payton is a kind man he made her feel comfortable before, explaining everything that he was going to do prior to doing including putting in her IV for sedation. What a great experience I highly recommend Dr Payton. Thanks for making the entire experience great. We also received a call tonight checking on her making sure she was doing ok after the surgery. We need more practitioners like Dr Payton big Shout-out to him.
I had such a great experience at Oral Facial Reconstruction and Implant Center! All of the doctors were so knowledgeable and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend Oral Facial Reconstruction and Implant Center!
I couldn’t be more impressed with Oral Facial Reconstruction and Implant Center. I received the absolute best care, from the consultation all the way to the follow up call the day after the procedure!
Anyone considering oral surgery should consider Oral Facial Reconstruction and Implant Center! Everyone there is extremely nice and thorough in explaining everything and answering all my questions. Not to mention, my results were better than I could have ever expected!
I would like to say that Oral Facial Reconstruction is, the best in our area of Broward County and Palm Beach County. In my case, I had stage 4 cancer at the base of my tongue and my problems with my teeth were due to the highest dosage by the law of radiation and cisplatin chemotherapy.
I have found Dr.Payton and Dr.Friedman to be two of the most kind understanding and professional doctor’s I have met in all my years of doctoring since the doctor would come to the house with their little black bag!
I would recommend Oral Facial Reconstruction to anyone going through what I’ve gone through I guarantee you won’t be sorry! Sincerely with respect to all of the Oral Facial Reconstruction team from office staff to nurses and doctors par exsalonce!
Just wanted to let you all know how much I appreciated the TLC care I received from the staff at the Coral Springs office, especially Dr. Payton who surgically restored my gums and then modified my dentures 3 times! I love you all and recommend to anyone who will listen, what a great team they have at Oral Facial Reconstruction and Implant Centers!
